What is Strategic Alliance for the single Statewide Financial System?
The Strategic Alliance between the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) and Division of Budget (DOB) was formed to coordinate the implementation of statewide financial systems. Under the agreement, OSC and DOB agreed to create governance, maintain a joint schedule, maintain an overall budget, develop a joint communication plan, and resolve issues of shared concern.
