What is sticky rice?
Sticky rice is a different breed of rice that is soaked for several hours and then steamed in a wicker basket. Sticky rice is served in a small woven basket and is traditionally eaten with your hands. We know your parents taught you that is was impolite to eat your dinner with your hands, however, we condone and encourage eating this unique rice Thai-style.
