What is Stevia Sugar?
Stevia Sugar is the group of those sweet compounds are commonly called STEVIOSIDES. The Stevia Sugar (in other words: Stevia Extract or Steviosides) has a high sweetening power. It is more than 200 times as sweet as sucrose. Hence, Stevia Sugar is categorized as a Natural Intense Sweetener.
