Static IP is a registered IP assigned by your ISP to only Remotely Access your computer. You are not allowed to host any web pages using this IP. This IP only going to be used when you are outside somewhere and connected to the Internet and you want to connect to your home PC for FTP purpose or for remotely working purpose using Net Meeting or PC Anywhere access.
