What is Starbucks fraternization policy?
A barista writes to STARBUCKS GOSSIP: I don’t remember a thing from First Impressions or the partner manuals about baristas dating each other. I also searched the archives about any related articles and haven’t found any. It’s a situation that’s come up with me personally and I’d like to NOT lose my/our job over it. I mean, we’ve agreed to keep it on the super down-low, mainly so we won’t have to deal with the endless gossip mill. But I have to say, black aprons are totally hot on the both of us.
