What is standard packaging for PPL-24 liners?

0

PPL-24 liners up to approx. 1100 SF will be shipped in a box via UPS. Above that size we have to ship them via common carrier, such as USF or Oak Harbor. In this case, the liners are “accordion stacked” into a 6 foot wide pile, the pile is rolled up (usually on a 4″ diameter heavy cardboard core), then the roll is placed on an appropriately sized pallet and completely wrapped in a geotextile wrapper. Then the roll is tightly wrapped again in plastic stretch wrap, and banded to the pallet with half-inch wide poly banding. For panels of 10,000 SF or bigger, standard procedure is to insert a “pull strap” to make unrolling easier.
