What is SSI Ultras warranty on surgical instruments?
SSI Ultra guarantees that any surgical instruments in the SSI Ultra catalogs will be free of defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions for its intended purpose. In the event an instrument is defective, SSIUltra will, at its sole option, either repair or replace a defective instrument. SSI Ultra expressly disclaims the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability, and SSI Ultra expressly disclaims all incidental and consequential damages including lost profits. This shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for all breaches of all warranties and claims. Many of the instruments are manufactured and hand finished by skilled craftsmen.
