What is SSH tunneling and what is it for?
SSH (Secure Shell Hos) is a protocol used to maintain a high security level thanks to the various encryption algorithms it uses in Internet communications in Linux and Unix servers. SSH tunneling creates a direct tunnel between DreamCoder for MySQL and the database server, equivalent to a local connection for practical purposes, but keeping the data traveling over the Internet safe.
