SPS provides participant data to the sponsoring OEM under the standard ORAP non-disclosure agreement. The OEM also receives access to market data that compares their equipment to competitive units in a relative MW range or technology classification. All information in provided in the form of standard reports produced by SPS. At no time can any participant specific data be released by SPS or the OEM without the prior written consent of the participant.
