What Is Spiritual Healing and Energy Medicine?
Energy Medicine is based upon the theory that changes in the “life force” of the body–including pulses, and the electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic fields–affect human health and can promote healing. Energy Medicine does not shun or contraindicate the use of traditional medicine in any way. The two are complimentary. Energy medicine is a broad term that includes touch therapies, movement therapies, spiritual healing, meditation, magnetic field therapy, homeopathy, acupuncture, light therapy, and other innovative methods of healing. What these various approaches have in common is an energetic understanding of health and healing. The method I use is often referred to as spiritual healing.
