What is spider vein treatment?
Spider vein treatment is the removal of small red, purple, or blue blood vessels found under the surface of the skin. They are not needed for blood transport and can be removed in either of two ways: 1. A laser can deliver a precise dosage of light energy to each vein. The blood vessel absorbs the light energy, becomes heated, and closes up. It is then gradually absorbed by the body and fades from view. 2.
