After successfully studying and completing any of our preparatory courses, you will be able to print a SpeedyPrep money back guarantee certificate. If you encounter difficulty on your CLEP* exam (a failed exam score), simply submit a copy of the failing score printout from CLEP along with a printed copy of your SpeedyPrep course completion certificate for a full refund of your SpeedyPrep.com subscription fees (up to 4 months). 1) Complete a SpeedyPrep CLEP prep course 2) Take the CLEP exam that directly correlates with (i.e. has the same name as) the SpeedyPrep CLEP prep course you completed 3) Fail your CLEP exam 4) Submit via mail, fax, or email, a copy of the CLEP failing score printout and the SpeedyPrep course completion printout to SpeedyPrep within 30 days of the failed exam.
