What is Speech pathologist,Rehabilitation Assistant,Physical trainer,Mental health counselor?
A speech pathologist/therapist helps people who have difficulty with speech, like someone who had a stroke or a bad accident or possibly a birth defect. A rehab assistant works in a rehabilitation setting helping people with daily tasks. A similar job would be an occupational therapist who helps disabled people with their daily lives, like putting on their shoes if they lost an arm for example. A physical trainer helps people exercise, but you may mean physical therapist, who helps people regain use of their bodies after trauma. If they break their leg, a physical therapist would help them get back on their feet and regain mobility. A mental health counselor helps people deal with mental problems associated with traumatic events, like losing a limb for example. All of these jobs fall under “therapy”. They all basically help people get better after something bad has happened to them.
