Special measurement footwear is simply sizes that fall outside the normal stocked size range on an item. This is footwear for normal feet that cannot be properly fitted with any of the stocked sizes, or for normal feet that require two different sizes (left vs right). All special measurement footwear is manufactured to order once the order has been placed. By regulation, special measurements are priced the same as the stocked sizes.
