Thanks to TV dramas like CSI and Silent Witness, the forensic science profession has become very high profile recently. Many universities have “jumped on the bandwagon” and introduced courses with forensic content to attract students. So many of these courses have now appeared in the UK that it is clear that there will be far more “forensic” graduates than there are career opportunities.
