What is special about accreditation by the Faculties?

College accreditation covers materials of relevance to all sectors of the profession and is done against the RPSGB CPD competencies. In addition accreditation by one of the Faculties (currently Prescribing and Medicines Management and Neonatal and Paediatric Pharmacy) accredits the event/material against the competencies identified as necessary for practice in the defined specialist area and membership of the Faculty.
