What is Spears policy on RETURNS?
As noted above, Spears wants you to be happy with your purchases. And we realize that, occasionally, an item that looked like it might work in our showroom, doesn’t work when it is in the home. Therefore, our policy is to allow merchandise from our floor that doesn’t work out to be returned WITHIN 2 OR 3 DAYS. This is sufficient time for a decision to be made. If an item doesn’t work, you should promptly contact your Spears Designer to arrange for prompt pickup. Of course, extra care should be taken to ensure that the merchandise in the home remains in new condition until the pickup can be made. Another way Spears tries to avoid this situation is by making our designers available to go out to customer homes to pre-determine whether something will work. (See above.) Merchandise delivered to a home should be paid for (at least a deposit) on or before delivery.
