What is Spamhaus?
In an effort to mitigate the rising number of unsolicited bulk and commercial email messages (“spam”) processed by our email system, BC subscribes to three block lists that are managed by the international spam monitoring organization called Spamhaus. Spamhaus is a spam blocking service that blocks email messages from confirmed spam sources. Spamhaus maintains three lists which contain the IP address (or computer address) of known spammers. Spamhaus does not track the domain names or email addresses of spammers.
