What is spam?
Sending out of unsolicited e-mail (bulk mail) with the Fine India name, any of our web site or e-mail addresses either directly, or indirectly to anyone that has not requested this information from you first; Post ads to news groups you are not allowed to; Messages posted to Usenet, message boards, etc. that are off-topic; We do not permit spamming in any form and other forms of Internet abuse to get referrals. Any Distributor that spam will immediately have their Distributorship terminated and will not receive any earnings.
Spam is a term applied to almost any unsolicited email. Spam has been around for a long time, but in the last year it has grown to epidemic proportions. Almost everyone with an email address receives unwanted email messages. Spam is unsolicited email also known as UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). Avoid sending spam by sending only to those who have requested to receive it, those that you know and who know you, those you have a pre-existing relationship with or have opted-in to your list. What defines a pre-existing business relationship? You are allowed to send email to those with whom you have a Pre-existing relationship, that is someone who has made a purchase, requested information from you, filled out a survey, been to a seminar, or with whom you have had offline contact.
