Plenty, but they’re keeping those secrets pretty tightly sealed. The Blu-ray disc format, in and of itself, is much stronger against unauthorized copying than the typical DVD. Also, HDMI video out has very strong copy protection, and the online service, with its inevitable software updates ala the PSP, will help ferret out some pirates.
