STP is an online payment processing companies similar to Pay Pal. They are in many more countries and service multi-affiliate program companies. You must have an online payment processing company to pay subscription to and receive commissions from GreenWiz (GW) and Cookin-Fun (CF). GW and CF offer other online payment companies as options. Most members use Solid Trust Pay. They have been a good company with excellent support. An easy way to pay the initial subscription fees to GW and CF is through Google Check Out. Then use STP for the automatic payment option. Ask your Sponsor which company they use and why to decide what is best for you. Note, that Pay Pal does not do business with Multi-Affiliate Programs or MLM companies.
