What is so wrong with Wolfowitz being World Bank President?
To many people, the answer is clear. According to Wikepedia, the online encyclopedia, Paul Wolfowitz may be most famous as a prominent architect of the foreign policy of the George W. Bush administration known as the Bush Doctrine which resulted in the invasion of Iraq. But without that precision, Paul Wolfowitzs official biography on the World Bank website states that as Deputy Secretary of Defense under George W. Bush, Mr. Wolfowitzs responsibilities included oversight of the budget process as well as development of policy to respond to the terrorist attacks of September 11. The BBC brought together two individuals who knew Paul Wolfowitz to discuss why he may or may not be a good President of the World Bank. The first to speak was Jeffrey Sachs, credited to be the brain behind the UN Millennium Development Goals.
