What is so insightful about the poem Desiderata?
There isn’t a clearer guide to how to live you life than this lovely poem. I really appreciate you taking the time to write it out for us all. It’s truly beautiful and inspiring. It IS a moral tapestry and contains so much information about how to live life with integrity, humility and beauty, not only in the world but in a spiritual way..I love the part that says You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars. Woven into the tapestry is not only life on earth but the image stretches far out into space and involves all of God’s marvelous creation. Thank you for bringing this incredible piece of writing to mind, it’s been way too long since I was moved and inspired by this poem.
