What is so important about the Bill of Lading in my vehicle inspection?
Vehicle inspections are very important to you the customer. Make sure your car is washed before inspection. The original Bill of Lading is the record of inspection of your car at pick up and is to be signed by both you and your driver after the inspection. At the delivery end your car is then inspected again with the driver and you or your agent. Both parties are then to again sign the bill of lading make sure to note any discrepancy between the first bill of lading and the second. Any claim must be file directly with the carrier and their insurance immediately.
