We did extensive research on baseball caps and visors. We ordered hundreds of samples from many companies. Our field research revealed that Richardson® makes, by far, the best constructed baseball caps and visors with more stitches per inch, superior fit and, in the case of their caps, today’s relaxed low profile contoured crown cap shape. The PE pre-curved visor has six rows of stiching. PE visor means that it is made of plastic (not cardboard) and will not lose its shape. The fabric is 100% cotton chino twill which gives these caps and visors great durability and style. The visors are pre-washed. The six sewn eyelets on their caps match the cap color.
