Pre-Seed is the only (well, used to be the only) sperm friendly lube available. CVS and other pharmacies now also carry ‘Pre-conceive’ which is the same thing, basically. All other lubes are detrimental to sperm whether they contain spermicide or not. They are too thick for the sperm to survive or swim in, so they are not good to use while TTC. Pre-seed is like your body’s cervical mucus – the correct ph to nurture the sperm, and the correct consistency to aid in their journey.
