What is snom’s go-to-market strategy and partners?
In the US, we work with VARs and resellers and through our network of distributors. We also work with a broad set of IP communications partners—IP PBX, open source PBX, hosted and managed Voice and Internet Service Providers. Where does snom rank in terms of desktop device marketshare? (Please specify whether this ranking is for the U.S., North America or globally. Also, if you can provide the research firm that did the ranking, that would be great.) A: Compared to the large vendors that offer everything from cables to routers, we are small fish. But I am proud to say that in the US we significantly increased our market share last year. There are still regions like China that have huge potential, but our overall presence there is pretty small at the moment. Who are snom’s key competitors? A: While it would be easy to point fingers at companies that are also using SIP to interoperate with other vendors, we need to pay more attention to the big group offering closed systems in the market
