What Is SNMs “Bench to Bedside” Campaign?
SNM’s “Bench to Bedside: A Molecular Imaging Campaign” is a five-year fundraising initiative that began in June 2006 to bring molecular imaging advances from preliminary research into clinical implementation. Through collaboration with the members of SNM’s Molecular Imaging Center of Excellence, the society facilitates translational research, clinical research and clinical trials; supports outreach activities; increases advocacy efforts; and trains the current imaging workforce and educates future generations of practitioners on the applications of molecular imaging.
