What is SiteKey?
The SiteKey security feature is an additional layer of identity verification for signing in to Wealth Management Online. SiteKey protects you from identity theft and fraud in 2 ways: When you see your SiteKey, you can be certain you’re at the valid Online Banking website at Bank of America, and not a fraudulent look-alike site. Only enter your Passcode when you see the SiteKey image and image title you selected. We display your SiteKey when we recognize you as the owner of your account. If you don’t sign in from the computer you told us to recognize, we’ll ask a challenge question. Your SiteKey consists of 3 parts: A unique image you choose Your image title – the unique phrase you create to accompany your SiteKey image. 3 challenge questions only you know the answers to – we’ll ask them if you don’t sign in from the computer you told us to recognize.

SiteKey consists of three parts: an image, an image title, and three challenge questions that are secrets between you and Bank of America. All three parts help protect you, whether you’re signing in to Online Banking from your own computer, or from somewhere else (such as work or a public library).
