SingTel Fixed Line is an analogue voice service that is offered currently and used by all customers locally. Currently, SingTel Fixed Line customers are charged monthly for traffic usage in addition to a quarterly subscription fee; whereas mio Voice customers will be able to make unlimited local calls at a fixed monthly subscription fee. Customers can choose to sign up for SingTel Fixed Line service in addition to mio Voice. If mio Box is not working due to power failure, customers can still make analog calls via the SingTel Fixed Line.
