“Silver Replacement” is Intermec’s Medallion® Overnight Replacement contract service plan, providing on demand dispatch of a customer-owned spare from a pool managed by Intermec. The failed unit is then repaired to factory specified operating condition and returned to the pool, ready to serve as the next replacement unit within five business days.
