What is Silk Museum’s return policy?
We take stringent measure to ensure that the items deliver to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made by you in 48 hours from the receipt of the package. Such request is to be made by getting in touch with customer care by sending e-mail at silk@silkmuseum.co.in and giving the reference of your order number, product details and price. On receipt of your parcel back to us we will send you the same item with time taken refer to stock in ready or not at our cost provided that our products was damaged in transit or wrong item is delivered to you.
