The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the largest association of HR professionals in the world. It offers its members access to a substantial body of research, resources, and trainings. In addition it offers or approves many different programs for continuing education credits which can be applied towards the HRCI recertification process. The ADA Audio Conference is an example of such a program.
