The Shioda’s warranty is against defects in workmanship, and plier failure due to metallurgy, rust, and corrosion for three years. Shioda reserves the right to determine those pliers eligible for repair or replacement under warranty. No warranty replacement will be made for pliers that have been mishandled, sterilized in a method inconsistent with the manufacturers directions or used in a way inconsistent with the normal practice of dentistry.
