What is share care?
Share care involves two families sharing one nanny. The families benefit because they can share the cost of a nanny (which tends to be the most expensive form of childcare) therefore allowing them to receive high quality care for their children and a nanny may benefit by receiving higher pay and better benefits because two families will be the foundation for these.
