What is SGTLIBP used for and do all regions have to have Read/Write access to it?

Under Unicenter 3.0 ALL online helpfiles are shipped in Windows winhlp32 Format .hlp files and are installed automatically during the initial install into CA_APPSW and TND\HELP directories. SGTLIBP is a CA-Gener/OL library used only for CA-Gener/OL Utility patch updates. The CA-Gener/OL STATUS Utility program tracks the maintenance applied to your current CA-Gener/OL system. Patches against the internal-modules update the STATUS Utility automatically. However, CA-Gener/OL Utility patches must be manually updated through the STATUS Utility and placed on the VSAM file SGTLIBP. Therefore, the only time SGTLIBP would need to have Read/Write access would be when you manually update through the STATUS Utility. For more information, refer to Chapter 7, PTF/Module Status Utility, in the CA-Gener/OL Utilities Guide.
