Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us within 7 days at 1.309.734.7443 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm (CT). Please have your order number when calling. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. All items purchased online must be returned by mail.
