What is Sensis Exchange and Return Policy?
Our ultimate goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sensi. If you need to exchange your sandals for another size, send us the unworn sandals in their original packaging along with a note including your name, address, phone number, and what size and style you want in exchange (style must be the same price as original purchase). You must include a check made out to Sensi, Inc. in the amount of $6.95 for one pair (add $2.00 for each additional pair) to cover shipping and handling. Exchanges or Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Send your sandals, check, and information to: Sensi, Inc., 808 W. Geneva, Tempe, AZ 85282. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unworn sandals in their original packaging within 30 days by calling customer service at 1-312-733-7711 or toll free within the U.S. 1-800-537-5238 for additional indformation on returns or exchanges.
