What is sellers insurance?
~A: For Bath & Beauty products you probably want/need to have Liability Insurance if you sell your products on a larger scale than, say, just to the occasional co-worker. When I was selling wholesale and had my products in stores, yes I had insurance. Now I don’t. You should investigate the legalities and necessities on your own. Several years ago Bomba Insurance/RLI was one of the few companies that would insure small bath and body businesses. Yes, it can be spendy, but work it into your business overhead. Can you really afford to get sued if someone gets sick/goes blind/whatever from one of your products? Just saying….
