What is Section 8 in Apartment Rent?

0

In CA section 8 recipients pay 30% of their income for rent and section 8 pays the landlord the rest. Section 8 dictates how much the total rent can be. The size of the apartment you qualify for depends on how many children you have, their ages and genders. Landlords are no required to accept section 8 and most will not as the renters tend to have no respect for property. Maybe not having to work to support themselves causes this attitide, I do not know. But, I do know that they are not good renters.
