What is Secret Question and Answer?
Secret Question are questions that we will ask you in several menu in your account that would need your confirmation, such as Reset VPIN and Close Account menu. You can determine the questions by yourself, also the answers to those questions. If you fill all of the 5 secret questions, then later the 5 questions will be asked randomly. So you are advised to keep them safely and remember them well.
