Hello. I’m 19 year old male and I have some delicate questions concerning sexual health. Just recently I’ve become sexually active and all this time it was with just one girl. This is first sexual experience for her also and I’m not afraid of any sexually transmitted disease. Anyway, I have noticed that I have these small bumps on my genitals covering the base of my penis and my testicles. I don’t remember having them before. Could they be a sign of some STD! A friend told me it is called sebaceous prominence. Could someone tell me more about this delicate issue?
