What is seamless looping?
Many mid-range and top-end CD players now feature seamless looping which can create a perfect loop of say 4 beats, a break or any other section of a CD that you want. What happens is the CD player jumps back when it hits the end point you set (sometimes call out-point), with no break in the music (seamless). It’s really handy for extending (say) the start or end of a tune so you can mix in/out easily.
