What is school-based Speech/Language Therapy?
Speech-Language therapy addresses the communication skills necessary for a student to successfully participate in classroom instruction and interact with teachers and other students. Speech-language services may be offered in a variety of ways depending on the student’s needs. What type of disorders are addressed by a school-based Speech/Language Therapist?
