All site plans for new and most existing construction projects occurring in the County of Roanoke are digitally scanned and indexed using our scanned construction plan web service. The scanned images in tiff format can be accessed by Project Name, Address(by block) and Project Number. This web service can be accessed at: http://eservices.roanokecountyva.gov/engineer/scandex/onlineplans.
