Dear Customer if the products delivered to your receipient is not as per the quality standared then it is liable for re-delivery of the products at no extra cost on or within 3 days of the desired delivery date , after checking the standared delivered from the vendor and from the receipient. FlowerShopee.com reserves right to decide weather quality products were delivered or not and can accept or reject the customer comlaint for the quality issue. Since Cakes,Flowers etc are perishable items , Customer has to email us within 24 hours of the delivery of the product’s and has to Return the Old products delivered for the exchange.If More than 5% of the products has been consumed of the total weight then products will not be liable for the exchange.
