What is SANPRA’s QA process?
SANPRA’s QA program utilizes the AAMT guidelines as a starting point, but furthers the process by adding monitoring and evaluation processes. We believe the result is one of the most stringent and comprehensive QA guidelines in the industry. Every report completed by our transcriptionists goes to our Quality control department where a senior transcriptionist or an Editor checks them again. These reports are then proof read and finally checked by a QA.
