What is Sales Mentoring?
A program of condensed one-on-one training in which an experienced sales professional mentors a salesperson (or executive performing sales), adapting lessons and information to the specific needs of the individual. Mentoring can be delivered hourly as needed, in a customized package, or in the Jump Start.
