Ryan Cabrera Ryan Frank Cabrera (born July 18, 1982) is an Colombian American musician and a TV presenter. He hosts “Score!”, a reality dating television show on MTV. Cabrera plays Rickie in the upcoming film My Sexiest Year. One of his trademarks is his distinctive hair, which is colored with blonde highlights and often worn spiked up. Early life Cabrera was born in Dallas, Texas to a Colombian father and an American mother.
