What is ruling elite and what is destiny of nowadays power elite?
Governing is decision-making process. People who made decisions are known as ruling elite. It is interesting to see how the mindset of ruling elite evolve throughout history. The first rulers like Egyptian pharaohs and most of Roman emperors consider themselves as living Gods. Transition from polytheism to monotheism make this impossible, because of blasphemy, but aristocracy still believe that their power have been delivered by God itself. The leaders of societies based on monopolisation of politics like Communism and Fascism are clear megalomaniacs and sociopaths. Nowadays financial elite of New World Order manifest similar characteristics of low moral and lack of empathy, which are sociopathic symptoms. In short the mindset of power elite evolve from mysticism to sociopathic. Nowadays elite includes elected politicians and finance barons, who own and control material resources.
